• Repair any new leaks caused by winterization at the end of season

Driveways, Walkways and Salting

We can winterize irrigation systems but do NOT unless we are specifically asked to winterize it. Average rate to winterize irrigation system.**PLEASE NOTE** ALL WINTERIZATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SATURDAY AND SUNDAY). **THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL  FEE IF THE WINTERIZATION OR DE-WINTERIZATION IS CONSIDERED TO BE AN EMERGENCY AND NEEDS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY(FOR NO HEAT, SHOWINGS, CLOSINGS OR INSPECTIONS). ** 4 BATHROOM MAX / NO OUTBUILDINGS ( ADDITIONAL fee after 4 BATHS)
